The Drainable Diamond Tread Floor Door (Model BFDDP) is intended for standard-duty exterior or high moisture areas where liquid flow is required. The frame is constructed with a gutter channel for runoff into a drainage system and includes an EPDM gasket. Rated for 300psf live load, it is available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, and in single or double leaf configurations with cast-in or bolt-in installation options.
