The Automatic Roof Hatch Opener (BARHO) by Babcock-Davis allows you to open and close your roof hatch safely from floor level, providing a safer egress and ingress through the roof hatch. Available as a retrofit or factory-installed solution, the BARHO is OSHA/CAL-OSHA compliant and fits standard Personnel™ and ThermalMAX™ roof hatch sizes.
