Overview

The Babcock-Davis BXT-H Coastal Zone exterior access door is impact, air and wind-pressure tested to a design pressure of +/- 80 psf, for building envelopes that have to stand up to hurricane-force storms. It carries Florida Product Approval FL22309-R3, is insulated with 1.7in polyurethane foam (R-11), and seals with continuous self-adhesive EPDM gasketing on a stainless steel continuous piano hinge. Custom sizes run from 12in x 12in to 36in x 48in, with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. This door is 18in x 18in.
