The Babcock-Davis BPL plastic access door gives simple, inexpensive access through walls or ceilings in residential and light-duty applications. The lightweight 1/8in plastic door and frame have an exposed flange and no hinge: the door simply removes for access, and the frame installs with glue or adhesive on its back. The white grip finish can be painted to match. Standard sizes run from 4in x 6in to 22in x 22in, with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. This door is 12in x 12in.
