RETURN POLICY
TheAccessPanelStore takes pride in the quality of our products. We will gladly accept returns, issue credit and process exchanges for any products that show manufacturing defects. All other returns are subject to the following restrictions.
  1. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Any returned product must be in as new (sellable) condition.
  3. Only access panels that are "stock" items may be returned. Custom products are not returnable.
  4. All returns are subject to a 35% re-stocking fee.
  5. Orders for specialty colors or custom parts may not be cancelled after the parts have gone to production.
  6. To make a return please contact TheAccessPanelStore customer service.
